Functions Floor Operations Manager - Perth Zoo

A challenging and diverse full time position exists for an experienced, energetic and enthusiastic floor manager within the Perth Zoo Events operation.

The role encompasses all aspects of managing the front of house operations for all corporate and private events provided by Mustard Catering at Perth Zoo. You will be expected to assume responsibility for the execution of all events, as well as all aspects of staff management, training and development, including rostering and briefings, whilst ensuring excellent customer service. Competent administration skills are necessary as regular office based duties, such as payroll, invoicing and stock control are part of the role.

It is imperative that you have at least 3 years experience in a similar position with a quality food and beverage service provider. Applicants should have a methodical and organised approach to work with excellent communication skills. A high standard of personal presentation and grooming is required.

Applicants must be prepared to work flexible hours when and where necessary. A competitive salary will be offered to the successful applicant.
