Bar Attendant – Outlet Staff

This is a fast paced atmosphere. The bar skills required are of a basic level as most outlets are equipped with multi-pour machines. It is the ability to work very quickly and accurately that counts.

Duties include:

• Learn and live our core safety beliefs
• Basic bar work (beer, wine and spirits)
• Cash register and cash handling
• Restocking, stock rotation and general cleaning
• Deal with customers professionally in accordance with “RSA” Responsible Service of Alcohol principles (training provided)

Coffee Makers

Previous coffee making is essential for this position.

Duties include:

• Learn and live our core safety beliefs
• Operate an espresso machine with large volumes of orders
• Clean and maintain an espresso machine
• Handle cash and operate cash register
• Handle customer orders courteously and promptly

Snack Outlet – Fast Food Staff

Previous experience within the canteen/fast food industry is preferred but not essential. Duties include food production and preparation. The working pace is intense, as patrons like to buy their food and refreshments during the game breaks. So, you will need to be proactive, quick thinking and adapt to the changes in demand.

Duties include:

• Learn and live our core safety beliefs
• To work together in the food outlet as a team
• Prepare menu items for sale in accordance with Safe Food Handling Principles (training provided) these include; hotdogs, hamburgers, hot chips, pies, sausage rolls etc
• Cash handling, operate cash registers
• Operate commercial size cooking equipment such as deep fryers and microwave ovens.
• Handle customer orders courteously and promptly
• Cleaning and maintenance of the outlet

Porter

Porters are responsible for logistical support throughout Subiaco Oval. As a Porter you deliver and remove stock to and from all areas and assist with general cleaning on a match day. This is a demanding role; you must be physically fit, as heavy lifting is a major aspect and be able to work on your feet continuously. You must enjoy being part of a team and have the ability to think quickly.

Your responsibilities include:

• Live and learn our core safety beliefs
• Storeroom maintenance
• Deliver goods required in outlets around the ground throughout the game
• All manual handling be carried out according to company safety policy
• Follow stock handling procedures accurately. Eg. Ordering, stock transfers and stocktaking.
• Food items are stored and delivered according to Health and Safety procedures (training provided)
• On occasion help out in food and beverage service around the ground
