Qantas is currently seeking several Baggage Handlers for Permanent Part Time work at Perth Airport.
Position details
- Hours: 20 to 30 (max) per week.
- Roster: rotating, which may include evenings, weekends and/or early mornings. Shifts can start as early as 5am or finish as late as 1am.
- Duties: lifting baggage up to 30 kilos onto conveyer belts, tagging, weighing bags and cleaning.
- Salary: training rate = $16.42 per hour; standard rate = $17.74 per hour. Time and a half Sat and double time Sun. Attractive shift loading for early and late shifts.

Other requirements
- Two referees
- A current motor vehicle licence (not probationary)
- Successful applicants will be required to undergo a Security clearance to obtain an Airport Security Identification Pass (ASIC). For registered Jobseekers, the cost of this clearance can be covered by your Job Network Provider.
- Medical check with drug screening will be undertaken.
