We are seeking to employ a highly motivated and energetic Senior Youth Worker and Youth Worker to join our small dynamic team in the delivery of the Indigenous Youth Mobility Programme.

The primary role of this position being the:
Selection and preparation of IYMP participants
Mentoring and ongoing support of IYMP participants
Sourcing and co-ordination of training and employment opportunities
Liaison with parents, employers and training/education providers
Project management related activities

Experience working with Indigenous people / organisations preferable.

This is a full-time 40hour per week position that will require some out-of-hours and weekend work. Part-time employment will be considered.

The salary range for the Senior Youth Worker is anticipated to be between $45,000 & $55,000 and for the Youth Worker between $40,000 & $50,000. However this is negotiable dependent upon the experience, knowledge and qualifications. Superannuation at 9% of the salary will be in addition to the salary.
