The position of Property Services Centre Operator is suited to candidates looking for a diverse mix of clerical, call centre and basic financial as well as the opportunity to apply problem solving skills while under the guidance of senior staff.
Key Responsibilities will include;
- Gathering telephone and on-line job reports, assigning jobs as well as deciding the correct course of action to resolve reported issues.
- The monitoring and reporting of job progress and ensuring the necessary action is taken and field inspections are being completed,
- The position requires supervision of tasks from start to finish, including; practical and financial close-out of jobs.
- Tafe qualifications in administrative, clerical or business studies,
- Training or experience in MYOB,
- Candidates without formal qualifications who have previous demonstrated experience should not be deterred from applying
The position will also be suited to entry level candidates looking for a career in Office Administration or Call Centre Operations.
The successful candidate will be required to obtain and retain Commonwealth Security clearance and must be an Australian Citizen.
