We are seeking to employ a highly motivated and energetic Consultant to join our small dynamic team providing a range of Consultancy projects.

In this position you will work with and lead / manage a range of consultancy projects including undertaking reviews, preparing feasibility studies/business plans, providing capacity building services etc.

Will you be required to design & implement consultancy projects (a knowledge of tendering processes & experience in the preparation of tender submissions preferable), manage projects, liaise with clients, facilitate meetings & workshops, collect & analyse data, prepare reports related to a wide variety of areas / industries.

High level interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills are required.

The position will involve some travel throughout Western Australia. Some interstate travel will also be required.

The successful candidate will have the capacity to meet deadlines, thrive on change / variety, be capable of working on multiple projects at one time, be able to work as part of a small dynamic team, be willing to undertake instructions & follow processes / procedures but also work at times with limited direction & show initiative.

Experience working with Indigenous people / organisations preferable.

This is a full-time 40hour per week position that will require some out-of-hours and weekend work. Part-time will be considered.

Salary will be dependent upon the persons experience, knowledge and qualifications. As a guide it is anticipated that the salary will be within $60,000 - $70,000 however this will be negotiated with the suitable candidate/s.
