Administration Officer (Spotless Catering)

Spotless, Australia’s leading managed services company provides Comprehensive Maintenance Services (CMS), the provision of a complex range of service in support of facilities and estates, on all Defence Bases in Western Australia. An opportunity currently exists within the Spotless CMS team for an Administration Officer


Key Responsibilities will include;
  • Monitoring and reporting on maintenance job dockets,
  • Employee time and attendance records,
  • Procurement,
  • Accounts payable,
  • Assisting with invoice preparation, and
  • Data entry.

The successful applicant will ideally have;

  • Tafe qualifications in administrative, clerical or business studies,

Candidates without formal qualifications who have previous demonstrated experience should not be deterred from applying

The position is also suited to entry level candidates looking for a career in Office Administration or Call Centre Operations.

The successful candidate will be required to obtain and retain Commonwealth Security clearance and must be an Australian Citizen.
