Key Responsibilities will include;
- Monitoring and reporting on maintenance job dockets,
- Employee time and attendance records,
- Procurement,
- Accounts payable,
- Assisting with invoice preparation, and
- Data entry.
The successful applicant will ideally have;
- Tafe qualifications in administrative, clerical or business studies,
Candidates without formal qualifications who have previous demonstrated experience should not be deterred from applying
The position is also suited to entry level candidates looking for a career in Office Administration or Call Centre Operations.
The successful candidate will be required to obtain and retain Commonwealth Security clearance and must be an Australian Citizen.
