Administrative Assistant - Drilling and Completions Operations (Woodside) – 01970

Description
This key administrative support role is to provide assistance to the Manager of Drilling and Completions as well as the broader team. Key activities involved are:
  • screening and management of managers Calendar and inbox
  • organise meetings
  • chase presentations and weekly & monthly reporting input
  • Maintain leave register for all 3 D&C teams
  • Maintain Intranet site for Development Engineering Team (custodian)
  • Invoices and credit card reconciliation
  • Travel organisation
  • Data maintenance for reporting

Qualifications

Key requirements for this position are:

  • excellent organisation skills
  • Certificate/Diploma in secretarial studies or level 12 secondary school certificate.
  • 5-8 years technical and administrative support within a large organisation, oil and gas preferred.
  • Advanced Office software skills
  • Knowledge of SAP desirable but not essential
