In case you know someone who might be interested...AI is advertising a new post to take forward AI's work on the human rights of Indigenous Peoples...Amnesty International (AI) is a worldwide organization working to end humanrights violations. As a Coordinator in the Identity-Based Discriminationteam, focussing particularly on the human rights of Indigenous Peoples, you will provide expert advice and help shape Amnesty International's policydevelopment, campaign strategies and research into violations of the human rights of Indigenous Peoples. You will also advise on the development ofAmnesty International's next global campaign, on poverty and human rights.

You will have in-depth knowledge of the human rights of Indigenous Peoplesas well as experience in human rights research, analytical and campaigningexpertise; proven ability to develop and elaborate research standards andmethodologies; good interpersonal skills; project management andorganisational skills; and excellent communication and networking skills.

You will be able to work in English and Spanish, have experience inplanning, organizing and prioritising work under pressure, to deadlines, aswell as drafting policy and strategy papers. Experience in working withIndigenous Peoples would be an asset.
